Script Writing:
In preparation for writing your script, we review your website, read your sales literature and product manuals, interview key individuals within your organization; thoroughly familiarizing ourselves with your company, products or services, industry, and target audience. Following this careful scrutiny, we will create the first draft of your script for your review and editing. Together, Morley Video Productions (MVP), and you work together to polish the script until all parties are satisfied.
Storyboard Creation:
Working from the completed script, Morley Video will create the storyboard, a detailed description of each scene as they will appear in sequence, from beginning to end of the entire video project. You will know in detail what images each scene will feature prior to the day(s) of the shoot, allowing you plenty of time to be fully prepared, i.e. scheduling busy executives and staff for their appearances.
Shot List:
Working from the completed storyboard, Morley Video will create the shot list. The Shot List details every scene, including the people involved, the logistics, and set design necessary for each scene, organized sequentially for maximum efficiency during shooting. A well organized shot list is one of the key elements for creating highly produced videos. Being fully prepared assures the best results, and elevates Morley Video’s continued success with our clients.
Location Shoot:
As a 10-minute video may contain over 100 scenes, executing the earlier steps of preplanning is essential for capturing the best shots while minimally impacting you and your staff’s busy schedules. Working from the carefully prepared shot list, Morley Video and you have advance notice of every scene we will shoot, the order in which they will be shot, which persons will appear in the shots and what locations and props will be needed. This makes the shoot day an enjoyable, efficient, and highly coordinated event.
On-Screen Talent:
If professional On-Screen Talent is desired, we have access to one the top talent agencies. At Morley Video we work with Star Maker, one of the top talent agencies in the country. We will coordinate a rehearsal session, where you are welcome to attend and personally select the Talent that best fits your production.
Professional Voice Over:
Voice-Over Talent is a major component of your video. Morley Video Productions uses only the best professional voice over talent, selected to best represent your company and industry. The Voice Over narration is recorded in a professional studio in the Valley where the client is welcome to attend.
Music and Graphics:
Morley Video recognizes that music and graphics greatly impact the energy, emotions, and messages of your video. That’s why we take the extra time to bring our royalty free music library and graphics directly to you on our laptop. At your offices, we listen to a variety of music selections, and review graphic sets. Together we will select the most appropriate and powerful music and graphics for your production, that best captures the spirit and essence of your organization
Editing:
This is the creative step where your video really begins to take shape. Morley Video will select the best takes from each scene; organize them sequentially per the storyboard, adding logos, transitions, titles, graphics, narration, music and sound effects that infuse the energy, emotions, and professionalism into your production.
Changes:
With hundreds of scenes, sounds and graphic elements in your video, it’s not always possible to anticipate whether the resulting look and feel exactly meets your expectations. With Morley Video, we provide a full day of editing changes at no additional charge to bring the end product up to your highest standards. This is your chance to make revisions and tweaks, so you are 100% satisfied with your video.
Delivery: CD-ROM, Interactive DVD, or Flash Animation for Website:
Every aspect of production at Morley Video is 100% digital, which means all our projects can be formatted to fit any digital platform you may require. This includes custom video players using Flash, for seamless presentation on your website; Interactive DVD or looped video for continuous play.
Master Copies:
With Morley Video you own the rights to your video; thus, you will receive two Digital Masters, one for safe keeping, and one for your duplicator. Should your Master copy get displaced, Morley Video maintains copies of all Digital Masters. In the event you lose yours, we will create another copy for you, at no charge.
